Topic: broken webshare

Hi, for several months the webshare contrib was working fine on my server https://mysite.com/webshare/shomething

but suddently it stops working... can not access the webshare from the public ip of the SME, but it is reachable from the internal IP, I tried  to find something in the logs but there is no entry about it. I uninstall and re-install the contrib, but the error persist.

Any idea where to start looking??

webshare uses secure https, port 443, so do a port scan at grc.com to see if that port is being blocked externally, or maybe there is some other reason it is not accessible eg port forwarding or your router is blocking it etc.
