Hi all, i'm a nob here, i setup ftp on sme an can acces it but my question is ; how to connect directly to the home folder of the user, and the user can not browse anywhere else than this home folder, thanks for the reply

You should reall upgrade to the current release of sme server.
You could try the following to kind of jail there ftp access to a particular folder.
