yeah right,  or how can i see the all the emails, because some times the users send a mail with an atachmetn for 5 mb for a lot of users

You will need to teach those users not to do that.

and the mail queue is really really slow, how can  i see wich mail is

sometimes there are very large  emails them and how I can see them for remove them to unlock the mail queue

The mail queue is not locked. If you wait patiently, all the mail will be sent.
