Topic: Synchronising the email on two SME servers

Hello all,
I've searched through a lot of pages to come up with an answer to my problem but have got nowhere.
I have a SME server running our company at Site A which deals with email and files for the company. Users at Site A and Site B use it for their email using webmail.
I would like to install a second SME server at Site B to control files and email at Site B but I would like the two email servers to run in sync so that any user can go to either site and login to see their email.
Is this at all possible?
I have looked at IMAPsync but it seems to be a system for one off syncing rather than continuous sync of all folders.
Your thoughts would be appreciated.

It's probably possible.

Is it easy? no.

Is it worth the effort? Probably not.
