Change the root email domain to something besides <root@myserver.local>

1.  I have a server is ServerOnly mode and the domain is myserver.local

2. Used the server-manager panel and forwarded the email for the "admin" account to an external email address...

3. I am getting rejection messages since the "From" email address cannot be validated.

For example from the "Yum updates" email.

From: root@myserver.local
To: admin-yum@myserver.local
Subject: Updates available for server1

4.  This is the exact same problem I am having but a solution is not obvious...

I think this fits here

.Local vs. .com

I originally setup my sme7 with .com as our external hosted website is ourcompany.com.
We moved our website to a sqaurespace.com site and no longer have a fixed IP.
Previously I made www.ourcompany.com resolve to our fixed IP.
To be able to access ourcompany.com from inside our network, I changed the Primary domain to ourcompany.local and created a virtual domain ourcompany.com resolved to internet DNS.
That fixed the website access issues but now horde email shows user@ourcompany.local in the from field so an outside reply fails because our MX is mail.ourcompany.com.
This is not a problem for an email client like outlook but many users access email through webmail/horde.

So how to get horde to display the .com domain instead of the .local and make that the default Domain for horde??

I was thinking there must be a template that could be modified.
This seems like a common scenario
Thanks in advance
