Topic: Failure notice reappears every time Outlook is opened

Every time I open outlook, several failed email messages keep recurring. This is also happening to other users. How do I remove this failure notice from a queue or stop it happening again?

To complicate matters we software called ShareO installed, which may also be causing the problem, I am not sure!

Any tips or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I suspect it's an outlook issue but you did not giva us any detail..

anyway, if you are outlook with imap accounts and error message says something about "polling folders", you have to click with right button and choose "download folder list"
