IVR on SAIL v3.1.0-109

IVR on SAIL v3.1.0-109

Just wondering if there is something wrong with my IVR.  I plays the greeting and then plays it again with out waiting.

The TIMEOUT action is set to play the greeting again but there is no time delay before is triggers this action

Any ideas?
