Hi,
I am running SME Server 7.5.1 and when I logon to webmail cannot expand the "(+)Mail" folder.
This problem was with some users that they cannot expand mail. Other users were able expand mail but they couldn't see the junkmail folder in their webmail.
In Server-Manager--> Eamil-->Change Email Filtering Settings --> I enabled "Spam filtering" and "Sort spam into junkmail folder" which were disabled before, since I am running a separate (Endian) Firewall to do spam filtering.
Now my all users cannot expand "(+)MAIL" in webmail. I did disable spam filter and enabled again but no success. I have run update and restart server but no success.
In MS-Outlook (POP3) we have received spam emails in junk email but some emails are still in junk which are not transferred to MS-Outlook, as I already said all users now cannot expand "(+)Mail" to see junkmail folder to make sure about their emails.
