selective Proxypass can be effected using custom templates - to forward http://my.smeserver.com/otherdir to http://some.otherserver.com you need (I think) to create a custom template fragment in /etc/e-smith/templates-custom/etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf

I think I did not understand the role of the proxy    reverse HTTP proxy

   I'll explain what I mean.
 
Due to poor translation of evidence each line separately

     I want to take the load of Internet traffic.
    There are ISP's proxy.
     I want to see if I can.
    ISP proxy is set.
     Result you want users to my site
     Due to these settings quickly
     Whether the site can be set in SME
      Proxy settings of the ISP
 If yes but make my server settings SME
