Topic: FTP conneciton caching

Does any one know how or if it is needed to setup "FTP connection caching".  Was told by Online back service that the errors we are getting can be solved by, and I quote, "FTP conneciton caching".  The backup was working fine on my clients server for a long time.  I in the last couple months the backup fails almost all the time.

I assume that your question relates to configuration of some specific software, and I guess that that software is not part of SME server software. You need to ask on a forum specific to the client software you are using with the online backup service.
