I have SME acting as a network file server with user email services elsewhere (remote MS Exchange).
Should the user trigger his/her quota limit the wording of the warning indicates mail is part of the total which our this case it isn't - or not the main email the user will think of anyway.
Question - is it possible to edit the Quota Alert wording?
I'd like to emphasize "files stored on the server (including recycle bin), files in "My Documents" mirrored on the server" etc.
Just had one user hit the limit, start deleting Exchange emails without considering the 4.6G in the users network share "Recycle Bin".
I assume it is entirely possible but I'm not about to go digging to edit some file until I have asked people with more knowledge than myself what could I break.
I can't think what would be dependent on the text content but advice would be gratefully received.
Have tried searching the forum in hope it has been asked before but mine seems to be a strange request.
Cheers
