Is there something out there that can tell me how much bandwidth each IP address is using over the internet. Not just through surfing. I need total bytes sent and received. We need to find out who the hogs are.

Take a look at ntop - http://www.ntop.org

works great has an excellent web interface. I have not tried it wish SME server, but it's an idea.
