in this case, please, report the smtp log (qmail's one)..

No, qpsmtpd is the log file.

I'm quite sure that Outlook does not show a blank screen. And I'm sure Outlook doesn't show "PHP Fatal error".

If Outlook shows "Message too big!" then the reason is very likely to be that the message is in fact bigger than the limit which has been set in the configuration. If the OP thinks otherwise, then they should indeed open a ticket in the bug tracker.

I had written at any time that Outlook has caused a blank screen or a PHP error. Should have been understood, I apologize for this.

My problem seems to be solved. I thank all who introduced here creative. It looks like that the entry in the SPAM filter was a problem. I have ruled out the zip files and the problem is resolved. The induced error (552) can be interpreted very differently

Of course ... If an error message as descriptive is that you will not be directed to the wrong path. The trigger was the error 552, for how many situations is this error code?

Sorry I do not understand you.

I will restate the question.

Earlier you said:

What was the entry in the SPAM filter ?
Where did you make a change eg in server manager, in command line ?
What change did you make to "rule out" zip files ?

I've only in the email settings (server-manager) unmarked the "Zip archive data, at least v2.0 to extract" and the problem with the recurring error 552 was solved. Sounds stupid, but unfortunately so.

Yes that is Executable content rejection.
A case of "user error" then.
