Being a commercial product it would & could never be included in the SME base OS.
It could be a contrib but there may still be some licencing & distribution issues which would need to be checked to see if it's legally viable.
You should lodge a bug report as a request for a new contrib.
To support this request you would install & configure the command line rpm and prove it really works on sme server. In the process you would determine any required configuration settings etc & provide this information in step by step form to developers or contrib creators.
Then maybe someone could develop the server manager GUI contrib etc, or otherwise steer you in the right direction to make it happen.
As with all these "things" the more effort you (or someone interested) makes, then the more likely others will get involved.
A developer usually only gets involved with a project if they have a personal interest in taking the project to completion, so if you want peoples help (from people who are already likely to be busy), then you need to make some initial effort, beyond the level of making a request.
Offering a financial incentive may also stimulate a skilled developer to get involved.
