Topic: KAV sigs mirror on SME

Hi All,

In a bid to reduce WAN traffic I am looking into providing av signatures locally by creating a local mirror and pointing the win clients at it.

Does anyone know if this 'update' utility is still actually valid? Kav arent getting back to me

I have it installed, adjusted the .conf file and it seems to run and operate however the sources are coming from different servers than the winclients download from?

Is anyone running this, or have you some other methods?

Guess I should just point a winclient at it and see what happens?
