Today I have created a new iBay (nothing else was done with it)
I have also crated a new domain and pointed the new domain to the new iBay.
Usually when I point the web browser to the new domain I would see a default message:

Code: [Select]
This information bay has not yet been customized.
But to my surprise I see this:

Code: [Select]
Error establishing a database connection
I don't see any info about the ibay or domain in the log files. Does anybody know what could be causing this?

Do you get the same message when you browse to the domain and when you browse to your primary domain or server IP and add "/ibayname" to the end?

Is there anything in the ibay html folder (/home/e-smith/files/ibays/<ibayname>/html)  except index.html?

I've seen the message you describe when working on Wordpress.

oops, my bad. I have a lot of iBays on my server and when I clicked at the iBay in the domain manager, I clicked on wrong iBay, which has broken install of wordpress.
So I went back, pointed domain to a correct iBay and everything works fine.  Sorry for the confusion.
