Outbound Caller ID
« on: June 18, 2013, 04:05:15 PM »
Just upgrade to v4.0.0.58 on SME 8 and for some reason it appears to be ignoring the Extension CID and using the default trunk CID.  I know the carrier supports it as it worked fine with Elastix with 6 different DDI numbers we have.

So the SIP trunk uses Outbound CID 01722xxxxxx, Extension 401 had a DDI of 0203327xxxx.  I have set the CID for extension 401 with the 0203 number, however when you ring externally they are presented with 01722xxxxxx.  So the CID set for the extension isn't being presented to the external call.

Just to say that this doesn't appear to work correctly on V3.1.1-22 either.

Cannot replicate here I'm afraid.

Please post a console log of the event (use lots of vvvvvs) and set agi debugging on with
Code: [Select]
agi set debug on
If you don't want to post it here then send it to admin@aelintra.com

Cheers
