How can i safely upgrade to 8.3 beta, i get this message from CD upgrading :

Download the iso again, make sure you verify its checksum, then burn to disk again, perhaps using low speed. Your CD is bad.

...using low speed...
I have encountered this problem a while ago and solved it by recording the CD at 4x speed...

Perhaps you overlooked Charlies advice as you do not answer one point,
"Download the iso again, make sure you verify its checksum, then burn to disk again, perhaps using low speed. Your CD is bad."

Did you do the second part ie "make sure you verify its checksum"

which means to run a md5sum check against the iso file & compare it with the md5sum quoted on the download site.
That way you make sure your downloaded iso file is a good copy of the original (with no missing bits or corruption etc).

Only burn a CD using the downloaded iso image file if the md5sum is correct.

Also after the CD is burnt, when you first start to run the install of sme server, you are given the option to check the CD media.
You should select this option the very first time a CD is used, as running that will also check the CD contents to ensure they are correct (I think it repeats the md5sum check on the burnt CD this time).
Mark your CD as "media OK" if successfully checked, as there is no need to check it again for further usage (later installs, upgrades, rescue etc).

Then only when the media is confirmed as OK, proceed to run the install.

... i see the installer so its ok ....
Not necessarily, a "bad" CD disk can appear to perform the complete install correctly, but actually create a corrupted installation.
The only sure way is to check the downloaded file and to check the burnt CD, as described above.

If you do not know how to do this, ask here again or google, it's very easy to do.

3 times download iso directly and check md5 (ok)
2 times jigdo (i think there is automatic checking checksum?)
I didnt check image to usb (pendrive) maybe this resolve the problem
Check CD ? when start booting or in the installer

- i mean that, in another computer i get to this point so its ok, on server (with sme 8.1) i get on booting kernel panic so i cant see installer

Not at boot time, but very early in the installer process, you will clearly see an option to check media.

It's not necessarily OK, unless you check the media, the CD can still be faulty.

It could still be a CD problem, but kernel panics are more often associated with hardware incompatibility.
Have you checked to see if your motherboard & chipset is compatible with CentOS, ie the same version CentOS as the version of SME server you are trying to install is using
eg
SME Server 8.0 which is based on CentOS 5.8
SME Server 8.1 Beta 3 which is based on CentOS 5.10
SME Server 9.0 Beta 3 which is based on CentOS 6.5

To prove whether your hardware is problematic, you can download the same CentOS version (minimal) & try to install that.
If you still get kernel panic errors, then most likely your hardware is not compatible with CentOS, & that's why SME will not install correctly.

Lastly as you appear to be installing SME8.1 which is still beta software, then if any of the above does not resolve your issues, you really should report a bug in bugzilla.

I doubt that mic333 is seeing that screen, since the boot loader isn't finding and loading a valid ramdisk.

I agree with Janet that you should try a CentOS 5.10 install CD/DVD. Check your hardware vendor for BIOS updates.
