Topic: re permissions in ibays

Hello

Can anyone point me in the direct of a "How to" on setting permissions for ibays?
I think this is or problem where we can run a site with shopping carts in the primary OK but once we move it to an ibay, some of the pages do not run.

This site also uses pages with php extensions. Any sugestions would be really appreciated.
