Topic: SiteX in ibay, upload problems with file manger

Hi there

Any help will be appreciated!

When trying to upload files using SiteX file manger. I get "File upload error check permissions"

When I check the SME log messages I find the following.:
Apr 15 14:01:16 stargatenet httpd: PHP Warning:  Unknown: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/tmp) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/e-smith/files/ibays/Primary/) in Unknown on line 0
Apr 15 14:01:16 stargatenet httpd: PHP Warning:  File upload error - unable to create a temporary file in Unknown on line 0

Any idea of what to do, to solve this issue ?

I am running SiteX in 3 Ibay's each with their own database, all having the same problem!

No work, sorry to hear, same problem here - firm closed, boss went underground and never paid . . .. dam
