Topic: Perl: setting locale failed

each time i'm using perl script i get this message:

perl: warning: Setting locale failed.
perl: warning: Please check that your locale settings:
        LANGUAGE = (unset),
        LC_ALL = (unset),
        LANG

i want to change it to german local settings, also the time-zone and the keyboard... how to manage that...
