Topic: sogo dovecot sieve - getting vacation replies from cc'd email

Hi,

I've followed the instruction on https://wikit.firewall-services.com/doku.php/smedev/dovecot to enable users to set up their own vacation messages directly from sogo webmail. I've discovered a bug:

-userA has set up their vacation message.
-I send an email to UserB and cc userA.
-I receive userA's vacation message, but it is FROM userB.

This causes a great deal of confusion. Has anyone else experienced this? Any solutions? I'm not even sure where I should file this bug. Thanks.

This looks like an old bug fixed a long time ago. Please check you're running the latest version (smeserver-dovecot-0.1.5-1.beta0) and if not, upgrade with

yum --enablerepo=fws-testing update smeserver-dovecot

Note: this packager is in our testing repo because it'd obsolete a core package. But it's stable, and used in production for several years on a lot of different servers. It stays in the testing area just to be sure it won't be installed by mistake.
