Zabbix SME Template

I have Zabbix installed and cannot import "Zabbix_SME" template with this error:

Updated: Item "Squid Request Hit Ratio" on "Template_Linux_Squid".
No permission for template "Template_App_MySQL".

I've imported the zabbix_softraid and zabbix_smart template without any problem.

Anyone (Daniel ??) has any tips why this happens?

Answering (part of) my own question:

It's a name question: the Template_App_MySQL was name with " " (spaces) instead of "_" (underscore).
Change name allow an step more. Now error is:

Incorrect y min item for graph "Network: Emails: Outgoing".
