I can't find anything in the users guide on how to get to the command prompt, how do you do it?

If you did a search of the forum you would've seen that there are a couple of ways:

At the box, login as root and use the admin password or if you have it login auto into admin, hit Alt-F2 to get a login prompt and login as root and use the admin password, or SSH to the box and login as root and use the admin password, enjoy!
