smeserver-jappix

(1/1)

Knyte:
Hello,

I've searched but came up with very little.

Tried installing smeserver-jappix from the fws repo, but it fails with error:

--- Code: ---Error: Missing Dependency: php-pear-CAS is needed by package jappix-1.1.3-1.el5.fws.noarch (fws)
--- End code ---

I then looked around for the php-pear-CAS rpm, but it too fails to install:

--- Code: ---yum localinstall php-pear-CAS-1.3.3-1.el6.noarch.rpm

<snip>

Is this ok [y/N]: y

OK, so I'm stumped =/  Did I download the wrong rpm or something?

You need EPEL enabled to install smeserver-jappix. You'll then have to configure it like this:

--- Code: ---db configuration setprop jappix Server xmpp.domain.tld BoshUrl https://bosh.domain.tld/http-bind/
signal-event webapps-update

--- End code ---

With xmpp.domain.tld being your xmpp server and https://bosh.domain.tld/http-bind/ the URL to the bosh URL of your xmpp server
