sending and receive email problem

it receive but not send why

anyway.. you have to take a look at qmail/qpsmtpd log

i can send and receive email locally
we can receive email from outside (gmail,yahoo,etc)
but we cannot send email to outside (gmail,yahoo,etc)
How to solve problem of sending
