So by that I understand you mean you can login to webmail OK (on your sme server) using the admin name & password.
If another user cannot login to webmail, please check you have added that user in server manager User panel & check or correct their password.
Using webmail can you send email to external accounts OK (eg to yahoo or gmail accounts) ?
Using webmail can you receive email messages from external accounts (eg yahoo or gmail accounts) ?
Using webmail can you send mail to another user on sme server ?
Using webmail can you receive mail from another user who is using webmail to send to your sme server user (ie user@yourdomain) ?
Add additional users & login as them to check this.
Please read the user manual, link at top of forums.

I am guessing you have your sme server setup incorrectly & external DNS & MX records also not configured appropriately, or certainly not configured as we would expect them to be. Something seems wrong about everything you are doing, & it also seems your knowledge & understanding is poor.
I suspect you are also confusing access to your sme server & webmail with access to your ISP & their webmail system.
Please show ALL the details displayed in your sme server Server Manager, Review Configuration panel
What if you try access to your sme server webmail using
https://78.93.244.61/webmail
--- Quote ---i try with user of cpanel

cpanel is something your ISP offers to access your services & hosting etc that they give you on their external server (not on your sme server)
SME server does not have a cpanel, so you are not accessing anything on sme server when you open the cpanel.
When I try to access
https://altawi.com.sa/webmail
it forwards me to
webx1.awalnet.com:2096
which appears to be your ISP's website webmail.
That is an external service & has NOTHING to do with your sme server.
When I open a browser to
http:/altawi.com.sa
I get the altawi site showing a photo of cement truck & pump etc, so I gather this is your hosted website on your ISPs web server
When I open a browser to
http://http://78.93.244.61/
I get
This web site is under construction
(which appears to be the default site page on a sme server)
so I assume this is accessing your real sme server.
When I open a browser to
https://78.93.244.61/webmail
I get the Welcome to Horde message, which is the sme servers webmail system.
So it seems your external DNS is directing your web URL to a hosted site rather than to your sme server.
That is why you are having all this trouble accessing & doing things.
You need to advise us how you prefer this to be all set up & what access you want to your server eg via web URL or email only or whatever.
At the moment I suggest you just use your servers external IP to access it
ie
https://78.93.244.61
&
https://78.93.244.61/webmail
Also you should use that URL in your email clients for address of sme server SMTP server & IMAP server
ie
https://78.93.244.61
