relaying denied when send message from outlook by sme server

These messages indicate that your qmail queue is corrupted. That could be due to file system corruption, but is more likely to have occurred by an admin meddling in an effort to purge some messages from the queue.
You've already been told this before. And you've already been told how to fix the problem.

I make this command above to repair hard disk and repair directory and also problem still exist sending may be take more time as one day per sending email
I make as your suggestion and leave SMTP is blank in email delivery settings
AND now already send without problem
but the main problem not solve
are disabled smtp is good solutions
are any suggestion to solve the problem

ahmedsa: if you already cleaned your email queue in the suggested way and you're still experiencing the same issue, you should investigate on it.
usually, to check/edit qmail queue, I use this contrib:

I have seen 'relaying denied ' messages when the SME server was using the ISP email system. Horde works fine, but Outlook and other clients cannot be set to use the SME smtp service, they have to be set to the same ISP smtp settings as the SME server. Often involved installing stunnel on PC's too.

If you have applied all available updates and see that problem, you should report details of your problem via the bug tracker so that we can investigate and fix the problem. Make sure that you have configured Outlook and the other clients correctly; they need to enable encryption and authentication.
