Suppose that is router issue problem
in my workstation(internal network)
I using gateway 192.168.1.254 (Gateway router Cisco)
I can have internet access in local computer inside network
I using also
Static ip 78.93.244.61 as gateway of my local computer
I also have internet access

- setup you SME as server only, IP 192.168.1.253, Gateway 192.168.1.254
- setup all your clients in range 192.168.1.X, Gateway 192.168.1.254

This has nothing to do with ping, or external IP. I don't know why you have posted this in this thread.

This indicates that you have a corrupted qmail queue. Maybe your file system is corrupted - did you remove the power without shutting down correctly?

do you mean that neither SME and the clients can reach internet?

please, stop keep saying "it doesn't work" and start to describe in verbose mode all you do, how you do it, which test you did and so on..

You say the problem still exists.
Which problem ?
Do you mean inability to ping your site or inability to send/receive emails or something else ?
Please be specific & provide details.

It will also be useful to provide a sketch of your network layout & interconnectivity, showing all devices ie workstations, Servers, routers, modems, switches & anything else that might be there.
Also provide the LAN IP & netmask for each device & the workgroup or trusted DOMAIN name that each device is a member of.
