Can i install the Manage Disk redundancy (like SMEServer) to newly install CentOs?

No, it is part of a total software suite, called SME server.

CentOS7 also does not allow installation in RAID1 mode on a single hard drive (degraded RAID mode), which is an integral part of that screen's functionality.
