Your question has already been answered in the 5th, 10th & 14th posts in this thread ie
make your mx record look like this (which will be achieved by deleting the second entry referred to previously)

(Edited to correct, I copy & pasted in error)
mx:altawi.com.sa
0 altawi.com.sa 78.93.244.61
0 mserver.altawi.com.sa 78.93.244.61

What this will achieve is that all mail for altawi.com.sa will be delivered to mserver mail server, which is what you want AFAICT

ahmedsa:
OK Thank you for reply
i know that you already tell me more about that
how to make altawi.com.sa represent 78.93.244.61
in mx entry

ahmedsa:
Meaning
if i need to make as below
0 altawi.com.sa 78.93.244.61
add this entry as  record typr CNAME or A

You already have the first mx record configured.
So leave this unchanged
0 mserver.altawi.com.sa 78.93.244.61

What you need to do is delete the second mx record
ie delete this
1 altawi.com.sa 212.93.222.10
