Topic: Can't resolve DNS

I have e-smith 5.5. Internal network 192.168.1.xxx, external network 64.146.66.xxx, email and domain host is 64.146.66.5 (www.nicommnet.com), however only can view website and email from within local network 192.168.1.xxx. I have DNS forwarding with RegisterFree.com, which I believe is where the problem resides. Does anyone have any idea's on what the problem is?
