[SOLVED] Web Filtering panel: where is it?

Running an almost plain 8.2 install here. Locale set is Greek.

After following the wiki steps at https://wiki.contribs.org/WebFiltering I am trying to see where the webfiltering panel functionality is. I do not see any extra entries in web panel that have this functionality.

Any ideas on what to look for?

Strike that out, incorrect installation on my part.

you should put effort to move to SME9, SME8 is going end of life.

Michail Pappas:
This is not my server, I've been asked to help. I've scheduled an upgrade to 9 is scheduled till the end of month.
