Hi,
In all our infrastructure, most of our users are using Thunderbird Client.
This evening I add a problem to add new account through Thunderbird (I done it 100 times). So I try it 20 times and I could not set new accounts (change pass, test in clear copy paste through webmail...). Updates servers...
I try on PC Windows 10, Windows 7 with old (45) or last Thunderbird version... (5x) : each time I cannot set a normal IMAP Account : it says that Thunderbird does not have found the account information.
Each time,I put manually our name/dns mail server, I did it in the past hundreds times...
I got more crazy

then I decide to set up it trough Outlook 2016: it works through IMAP
I test with MAIL (from Mac Os): its works with Imap
So its only with TB I got the problem !
I dont know what's the problem exactly, but could be Thunderbird client/server testing?! when it is adding/testing the account on the setup.
