Topic: Cannot Send Email

Dear Support,
I had been using SME SERVER 9.x for almost 2 years,
the server acting as Domain Controller for windows client,
all windows client are joined with the server perfectly without any issues,
and all computer client are have domain and email that was hosted at hostgator,

today i have problem,
all the computer that was joined with the server cannot send email,
but computer which is not join with the server doesn't have any problem for sending email,

could you please help me to resolved the problem

It sounds like your clients all sending email directly to and from hostgator (not using SME for mail) but it could be I have misunderstood?

Can you confirm the clients email settings ?

What errors do the clients report?
