Installed Alpha4
Vmware WS - 2HDD 40 GB - 2 GB RAM
First install confirm that there is no automatic creation of a RAID1 set.
Second install I did a manual partitioning for RAID1, not sure if correct from SMEs poin of view:
/ - /boot - swap
as I usually configure standard Centos servers. No LVM .... bad thing ?
As final result: (cat /proc/mdstat):
[root@sme10-alpha4-1 ~]# cat /proc/mdstat

The installation went fine; some trouble with the first "yum update", after reboot I got an error: the system it was stuck at ‘Starting Switch root’ and would go no further.
According to this:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1492208I did this change:
mount -o remount,rw /sysroot
cd /sysroot/usr/lib
ln -s os.release.d os-release.d
exit
At first reboot the system was still hanging on a subsequent reboot the system came up and completed update expanding templates but, to be honest, I'm not really aware of what happened.
RAID: the console does not detect that a RAID exists and presently the raidmonitor log is filling with such messages:
2020-04-15 11:11:36.193013500 mdadm: Only one autorebuild process allowed in scan mode, aborting
I don't know if this is related to the fact that presently SME is not find a RAID configured as he espects.
First round of test completed, going to check file-access funcionalities.
