DHCP includes Scope Options, allowing clients to dynamically configure almost every kind of IP setting.  Things like:

Time Server
Router
DNS Servers
Domain Name
Wins Server

and dozens more wonderful details can can be preset for all hosts from one point.

How do I address these settings in SME 5.5's DHCP?
