There is a menton about anaconda installers rejecting disks with raid signatures

Yup - it is trying to prevent a users fast fingered 10 second brain fade (we all have them).

well your situation is in fact pretty different from the tittle of the original post, you do not try to have data on a different disk, you try old SME9  disk after mounting it to the new SME 10...

as you saw it was a LVM over raid, so need to activate raid, then activate lvm and finally mount the lvm member.

if you try to activate lvm from a SME9 on a SME10 with lvm it will fail as the two LVM will be named the same.

You need to rename the LVM before activating, and to be sure you do not mess with the current SME10 I suggest to do this on a different linux computer with only the old lvm mounted.
