Topic: Nextcloud upgrade PHP?

I upgraded Nextcloud to 25.0.4 and am getting this message: You are currently running PHP 7.4.33. Upgrade your PHP version to take advantage of performance and security updates provided by the PHP Group ↗ as soon as your distribution supports it.

What is the best way to update Nextcloud to PHP8.1  I'm running a fully updated SME 10 server.
