 does anyone enconter issue when the client recieve the email from smtp server the image is not displayed correctly this includes excel files..

What can you see if you test with webmail?

What can you see if you test with another email client eg Thunderbird?

How are you collecting mail? POP or IMAP?

Where are the files? Embedded in the mail,  attachments, remote?

Which client do you have issues with?

(And suggest you use IMAP unless yoi have a good reason not too)

The issue only happens when they reply to their  pst that came from the old server, if i remove the auto complete address it resolve the issue.

This is a big issue when  you have so many  recipients on the list. Is there a way to correct this though i did not yet test to set the  html format  on all messages. But i think this will also lead to same  problem an unreadable format when using or replying to old email that came from the other server.
