Topic: SME 10 with Sogo Error 403

Hi everyone.  I have Sogo working great on SME 10.1, that is unless I try to open the web portal (www.mydomain/sogo).  I immediately get an error 403 on the browser.  Is this a permissions issue?  The web portal always worked fine on SME 9.  The log file shows this:
