Root and admin password
« on: Today at 09:09:49 AM »
Hi All.
Not sure if this is a bug or intensionally made, but anyway.
I installed the new version 11. After install I decided to change root password from the terminal using ”passwd root”. After successful password change I discovered that admin password and root password not was the same anymore. It make sense in a way, but my server is for me only so I wanted to change admin password to the same as root. I did so using the terminal again. After changing the password I tried to login to smanager as admin using the new password, but it did not work. So I tried the old password and it worked. Is that a bug or is it normal that admin in smanager and admin in terminal is using different passwords?
Have a nice day :-)
