Brian did work hard to convert all contribs with panel in server-manager to the new smanager, but as we knew the task was huge we kept a legacy access.
If your beloved contrib had a panel in server-manager, you can find either a new one, or at least the old one in the category "Legacy" at the bottom of the menu.
