Topic: Error after latest updates

Howdy,

after updating server on May 31, 2026 an error is showing up during boot:

EXT4-fs (dm-2): write access unavailable, cannot proceed (try mounting with noload)

and this also shows up after server is up:

EXT4-fs (dm-2): INFO: recovery required on readonly filesystem

It appears to show file system corruption?! Any input would be helpful.
Yes I am fully aware this is beta version, if it has to be wiped and reinstalled, thats okay. Would like to avoid that if possible.
FYI, Server has been in use for about a year and other than some bugs in nutups it has been reliable, of course as its heart is e-smith:)

Howdy,

Follow-up to my post, the errors DID NOT appear after running updates this  morning.
Normal server check, couple updates to php modules(i believe is what it was), reboot-reconfigure and all seems normal.
The "EXT4-fs (dm-2)" is shows mounted properly.
Not sure I want to close ths just yet, would rather see what happens after the next kernel update.
Will follow through as needed. If the Devs need more info please post so I can help!

An odd one, not seen up till now, have a couple of testing VMs plus a system in a prod environment testing and updated daily,

I do a full signal-event post-upgrade; signal-event reboot after any update just to validate for testing purposes

RC1 is just about to hit the streets
