Just a heads up to anyone going down the bare metal install path creating a bootable USB, have found the occasional issue with whatever app is being used and hardware brand of mem stick, no real conclusive results just the odd blip.
Have found rufus latest 4.14 to be trouble free, Balen another normally great choice has had an occasional blip. Good old dd is always dependable
