Is their a list of options/configurations that can be changed via a browser? Such as e-smith-manager or e-smith-password.

The e-smith server and gateway configuration is based on the file:

/home/e-smith/configuration

The e-smith-manager and console interfaces work by editing that file. Then the configuration files for the individual servers are generated from the /home/e-smith/configuration file using an event mechanism. For example, if you run:

/sbin/e-smith/signal-event manager-misc

It will regenerate any configuration files that are affected by the e-smith-manager. You can look at the /etc/e-smith/events directory to see how the events are handled.

So anyway, by logging into the console (Ctrl-Alt-F3 then log in as root with the system password) you can examine that configuration file and get an idea of all the options in the system.
