What's you want do exactly?

Because maybe more easy permit access for only only one IP ranges that block all the other range.... this way reject all the other request.

You can do it using the remote access panel in e-smith manager. You can permit access even only one IP using netmask 255.255.255.255 in this panel.

I don't see an area where I can enter an IP in the Remote Access section.

Louis, in version 5.5 you can specify in the Remote Aceess panel who/what can connect to the server-manager.  I believe this is what Juan is refering too.  This may not be what you are looking for.

You must look in Local Network :

********** CUT ******************************

Add or remove local networks

For security reasons, several services on your Mitel Networks server are available only to your local network. However you can grant these local access privileges to additional networks by listing them below. Most installations should leave this list empty.

Click here to add a local network.

Additional networks with local access privileges

Network Subnet mask Number of hosts Router
xxx.xx.xx.xx 255.255.255.255 1 default Remove...

********** CUT ******************************

This way you permit access to XXX.XX.XX.XX to your machine and can specify with mask a range of IPs.

I used it to permit access to mail server from a remote location and it works fine for me. Another IP can“t access to mail server.
