Which Buletin board to install

I wish to add a bulletin board to my SME 5.6B7 server and would like opinions on where to start. Something that doesn't need a brain surgeon to get up and running would be appreciated although I'm not afraid of a little work given the proper instruction.

I use PHP-Nuke (http://phpnuke.org) for my website. You can check it out at http://hale.dyndns.org.

It's super easy to setup and use. You just have to read the instructions. :)
