5.6 & ISDN

Hardware: Duron/1000, 64 Mb RAM, 1.3 Gb IDE, external ISDN modem, SIIG CyberSerial pci card running at 460,800 baud.

With 5.5 the serial card put itself on ttyS2 & throughput was about 15 Kb/sec.

After the 5.6 upgrade, the card moved to ttyS4 and throughput dropped to 3 Kb/sec.

Went back to 5.5 & all was back to normal. The system has 1 built-in serial port & disabled or not does not change the serial card port assignment. Problem w/ ttyS4 is that the e-smith configurator only goes up to ttyS3 & so the config files need to be edited by hand (every time).

Any ideas?
