ISDN Hangup problem

Hi guys,

I hope someone may be able to help with this, I'm having some intermittent troubles with my ISDN connection. It usually connects fine, no problems, but around once a month (ish, no pattern unfortunately) it keeps having dialup failures. Here is an extract of the log of the last one (a few hours ago):

Feb  3 15:31:58 netpilot diald[18294]: Calling site 192.168.0.2
Feb  3 15:31:58 netpilot kernel: Process 18294 requested ISDN dial
Feb  3 15:31:58 netpilot kernel: ippp0: dialing (1): 08450798005
Feb  3 15:31:58 netpilot diald[18294]: ISDN dial requested on ippp0
Feb  3 15:32:06 netpilot kernel: isdn_net: local hangup ippp0
Feb  3 15:32:06 netpilot kernel: isdn: hisax0,ch0 cause: Euro, Location: 0x0F (Internal), Cause: 0xA2 (No circuit/channel available).
Feb  3 15:32:06 netpilot kernel: ippp0: Chargesum is 0
Feb  3 15:32:06 netpilot kernel: Process 18294 requested ISDN hangup
Feb  3 15:32:06 netpilot diald[18294]: ISDN line hung up.
Feb  3 15:32:06 netpilot diald[18294]: Connect script failed.
Feb  3 15:32:06 netpilot diald[18294]: dial_failures = 7 redial_rtimeout = 80
Feb  3 15:32:06 netpilot diald[18294]: ISDN hangup requested on ippp0
Feb  3 15:32:06 netpilot diald[18294]: Delaying 80 seconds before clear to dial.
Feb  3 15:32:44 netpilot kernel: isdn: hisax0,ch0 cause: Euro, No cause message available.

Now I'm not too experienced with these lgo files, and things, but by the looks of it, the problem is with Process 18294 (diald). I really don't have a clue whats going on here! Can anyone help??

Thanks
Matt

Adam

It seems that i am having the same trouble as you are.
I am currently useing the telstra NT11+ isdn modem.
Though at this point in time a blame the ISP for the troubles as i do not have the perminant connection that i asked for. It still does not explain why things will not re-connect properly all the time.
I would like to know of any suggestions for this little problem
